Overview
This Legal Center collects the documents that apply when you use the HephaKnot website, the Knotest desktop app, the HephaKnot Console and the Knotest documentation.
The Privacy Statement explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who helps us process it and how you can access or correct it under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
The Terms of Service set out the rules for using our services and for licensing Knotest. If your organisation has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.

Security and data
Knotest runs its evaluations on your own Windows computer. Your datasets, models and results stay in the project folders you choose, and we do not receive them.
The app contacts our services only to activate and renew its licence, to check for updates and to download optional inference engines. Read what each connection sends.
